Olga Karpman: You've spent years looking for someone who has what you don't. Perhaps the divine masculine you feel is missing, the divine feminine you can't access on your own. What if neither one was actually missing? What if it just got switched at the root a long time before you were even born? Two Mondays ago, we met the Seeker, the mask standing at the threshold of the great unknown.
Olga Karpman: It was in Episode 008. And last Monday, we met the Activator, the person who shows up to wake something in you that's been asleep. Today, we go underneath both of them to something even older, the two energies already living inside you right now, and how almost the entire world got them backwards. Stay with me all the way to the very end of this episode because that's where you'll receive your own old contract release to help you finally let go of what's been standing between you and the masculine and feminine already living within you.
Olga Karpman: Why? Because that's exactly what you need to activate to become whole again. Are you ready to go even deeper? Let's do this. Welcome to Unmasked. I'm Olga Karpman. This is the show about what lies beneath.
Olga Karpman: Welcome back, my soul friend. Before we dive into today's episode, I have one small request. If you haven't already, please hit that Subscribe button right now. Every subscription reminds us that a real person is building this community alongside us, and it's the reason why we keep going, and it's the reason why we can keep delivering the people and the tools for your journey.
Olga Karpman: As you know, we are in this together, so thank you so much for contributing to this collective energy. I read every comment, I see every subscribe, and I'm so grateful that our community growing each and every day. Now, let's begin today's episode. So today, we will uncover quite dense topic of masculine and feminine energy.
Olga Karpman: And I have to say this for souls who are new to this journey. When I talk about divine feminine, I am not talking about women in general or feminism. And when I say divine masculine, it has nothing to do with being a male or patriarchy. I am not talking about the role society assigned to a body because what it was born with.
Olga Karpman: I'm talking about something much older than any of that. Two divine energies that live inside every single one of us that want to move through us, that got so scrambled, so flipped, so dragged sideways that almost no one can tell anymore who is who, and what's actually theirs to carry, and how to recognize it.
Olga Karpman: Most people spend their whole lives operating from the wrong one at the wrong moment, or from neither at all because their energies are just dormant, they're asleep. They feel like nonexistent. Or people searching for those energy outside of themselves. That's why they blame wrong relationships when they're not feeling fulfilled.
Olga Karpman: So today, and in my future episodes on the Unmasked podcast, we will be uncovering it layer after layer. The reason I chose this topic today is because it's one of the foundational pillars of all spiritual work on this planet. To understand these two energies, to recognize them in yourself and in others, and to activate them in yourself first so you can even activate them in your partner, and so the two of you can radiate those energies and live in harmony with them, and in harmony with divine order.
Olga Karpman: That's what I mean by that. You see, before we chose to enter this realm, this earth, this body, our soul and higher spirit already carries that knowledge, and then we enter rigid society that runs on different rules, and we enter it with amnesia. Otherwise, our experience here on Earth would be far too intense to bear.
Olga Karpman: If you're new to this concept of soul entering the body here on Earth, leave me a comment with your request, and I'll make sure to uncover this topic in my future episodes. So what we do remember, though, is this: our soul's purpose is to activate that knowledge again through lessons and experiences.
Olga Karpman: Society taught us wrong about who is who and about how we actually meant to help each other rise on this journey, and the mask that will help us to uncover this hidden knowledge is the shadow queen and king. If you're not familiar with this concept, please bear with me. I will explain. As you know, on Unmasked podcast, each episode by myself or with guest, we introduce a certain mask.
Olga Karpman: That represents parts of us that's been asleep or we haven't noticed or we forgot. So the mask of shadow queen or king is the mask that most people try to avoid, not because she's dangerous, because she's honest, and the way she looks is a little bit scary for some people. It does have snakes. It does have dark sort of energy in other people's eyes, but this shadow queen or king is something that we have to look at She's not the villain of the story.
Olga Karpman: She or he is the part of you that got told at some point that you were too much, too intense, too emotional, too honest, too powerful, so you were forced to forget your masculine or feminine energy. So you forgot her or him, and everything that went down with that process, your fire, your rage, your desire, your knowing, those essential elements for you to activate that energy again.
Olga Karpman: Here's what I really want you to sit with. This was never about being a man or a woman. It's about whichever route you had to abandon to be accepted. If your fire is feminine and you were told to be hard, she's what you silenced. If your fire is masculine and you were told to be soft, he is what you silenced too.
Olga Karpman: Either way, this part of you has been waiting, not to destroy you, but to be reclaimed. Remember how I mentioned that our souls come to this earth with amnesia? Because really, souls know what the journey is, what are the spiritual lessons, and how to activate each lesson with each person we meet. So when society teach us to forget something, you're too loud, you're too powerful, you're too, uh, sexy, you're too much, too much, too much, it happens to confuse the divine order of energies.
Olga Karpman: Not on purpose. It's just the society that we live in. We live in a world where masculine and feminine got so scrambled, so flipped, inverted, dragged sideways until almost no one can tell anymore who is who Every soul carries both energies. They aren't man's side and woman's side. They are two currents, and they show up depending on what the moment is actually asking of you.
Olga Karpman: Masculine energy can hold a child with the softest gentleness you've ever seen. That's not a contradiction, that's masculine care. Masculine energy builds structure, the plan, the container, the direction life moves in. Feminine energy can be warmth, can be depth, can hold a vision no one else can see yet, and that same feminine energy is strong enough to give birth, to make something and multiply it into more than it ever was.
Olga Karpman: Softness and strength were never opposites. That's the part almost everyone misses. Here's where it usually goes wrong. Most people start looking for those energies from a place of lack. I don't have enough masculine in my life, so I'll go find it somewhere else. I'm missing feminine. I need someone who has what I don't, so I'll look for feminine energy in the other person, and from lack you go looking outwards for a partner, husband, wife, a role, a label to complete you, but that's exactly where it turns dangerous.
Olga Karpman: You're quite literally looking for someone to complete you. Think about that for a second. It means that deep down you're running a program, I am not enough. That's why when my clients go through the Unmasked Method, they don't leave with a list of traits to perform. It doesn't start with bringing anything in because you don't need to bring in what was never missing.
Olga Karpman: I'll say this again. You don't need to bring in what was never missing You start with remembering and recognizing, unlocking what's already inside you underneath the noise, underneath the version of you that forgot, underneath the surface. Both energies on your own ground before anyone else ever enters the room Only once you're living from that remembering, from fullness instead of hunger, does anything outward even make sense.
Olga Karpman: From there, you multiply it, you give it, you channel it, you build a field where both energies can actually coexist instead of competing for the one chair. And this is exactly why looking outside yourself for what you think is missing goes wrong the same way every time. I was watching the lunar eclipse actually recently, and it made me think of this concept very clearly.
Olga Karpman: A lunar eclipse happen when Earth moves between the sun and the moon, and the moon passes into Earth's shadow. The sun hasn't changed. The moon hasn't disappeared. What's changed is the light reaching her. We are so used to seeing the moon lit up by the sun, that illuminated version becomes, in our minds, what the moon actually looks like.
Olga Karpman: And then the Earth moves between them. The borrowed light disappears, and suddenly we see something completely different: the moon sitting in her own shadow, red, dark, uneven. And none of that changes the fact that she is still the moon, whole, existing exactly as she is. She doesn't owe anyone brightness.
Olga Karpman: Interesting, right? That's what happens when two people meet as well. We begin reflecting each other almost immediately, seeing ourselves through someone else's attention, love, approval, expectations, and wounds. Over time, it gets hard to know where you end their reflection and where you start to see yourself for who you are, and that's where it turns painful.
Olga Karpman: When you depend on someone's reflection to know who you are, everything they do has the power to change how you feel about yourself. Suddenly, all of it feels personal because somewhere along the way, you let their light become part of how you see yourself
Olga Karpman: If your feminine only exists in someone's gaze, or your masculine only shows up when you have someone to protect, you are not carrying the energy. You are borrowing the light, and when they leave or change or disappoint you, it looks like the energy left with them. It didn't. It was never theirs to take in the first place.
Olga Karpman: So tonight, my beautiful friend, wherever you're hearing this, I want you to release those contracts with me right here, right now. You don't need to go through years of therapy to be done with this pattern. You can do it right now instantly. Just repeat after me, out loud if you can, or inside, deeply with intention I release every contract spoken or unspoken in which I agreed to become someone else in order to be loved
Olga Karpman: I release every contract in which my worth depended on another person's attention, approval, presence, choices, or actions
Olga Karpman: I release the need to see myself through someone else's eyes. I release the projections I placed on others and the projections others placed onto me I allow people to be who they are
Olga Karpman: I allow myself to be who I am And I no longer need borrowed light masculine or feminine, to know who I am
Olga Karpman: And it's done
Olga Karpman: When the reflection disappears, you don't disappear with it. You're still here. You're still whole, and you are still you
Olga Karpman: Be yourself, my friend
Olga Karpman: For this week's integration, right after what you just experienced, invite you to practice observance and notice When life asks something of you, do you build a structure, hold a direction, or protect something? Or do you soften, receive, create space for something to grow? Neither one, of course, is more evolved than the other.
Olga Karpman: It just one is feminine energy, another one is masculine. I want you to start observing those energies and start inviting them more into your life as energy and sit with it. If you don't meditate, it's not necessary. Just sit with it. Feel it. Feel it activating in you, and usually somewhere in the lower parts of your body.
Olga Karpman: Activation can come through your feet or through your lower chakras. You might feel the rise of energy, you might feel the warmth in your body, the tingling sensation, even the numbness at night. That's the energy trying to move through you and trying to activate your body and your awareness. Also, notice which energy you reach automatically and ask yourself honestly, is that a real choice or it's a habit?
Olga Karpman: Observance is the first step to create the environment for yourself and the habit of activating those energies. And if you'd like to learn more about seven masks and what they represent and have a guide with you throughout this series of the podcast, please go to olgakarpman.com/7masks. This is an introduction guide of explaining a little bit what the masks are, what are their questions, what they do, and how through Unmasked Method we activate each mask, and we meet them, and we sit with it, and we work with each mask.
Olga Karpman: So finally, we meet all of them, all 13 of them, and that's the complete picture. That's the wholeness that we're aiming for. So it's not about learning something new. It's not about teaching you something new. It's about remembering. It's about releasing the old programs and meeting your new programs. And of course, remember that each Monday, I come back with the audio series, and sometimes we release episodes with our guests, sometimes it's just me.
Olga Karpman: But each week, we take one thing that may be surfacing in your life, and we look deeper underneath it together. Of course, remember, you can ask me questions. Just email me, [email protected], or just leave a comment underneath, uh, this video or audio. Depends where you're listening as at I also would like to give you a little bit of glimpse to the next episodes coming up.
Olga Karpman: Um, as you know, today we looked into feminine and masculine, and there's just not enough time to go deeper. Plus, you also would like to sit with this energy, uh, at first and start noticing it. Um, and then in the next episodes, it's gonna be the next one or maybe in couple, mm, after this one, we will go and look even deeper and see that once those both energies are actually live in you, how do they meet each other?
Olga Karpman: What actually their soul contract means, and what is the divine plan for the entire journey of those energies? You know, sometimes we meet an activator, and activator helps us to see our feminine energy or o- opposite, the masculine energy. Um, how does the feminine move masculine, actually? How does masculine hold feminine?
Olga Karpman: All these topics we will be uncovering in the next episodes. Because once you understand what these two energies actually do for you, you'll understand exactly why your activator showed up in the form they did. So please stay tuned, subscribe, and come back to the next week's episode And to wrap up this episode, I want you to leave with this one thought that's been surfacing around feminine and masculine energies as well.
Olga Karpman: If your biggest struggle has been trying to meet day one, or you're in the middle of your awakening with a twin flame or soulmate or an activator, I want you to really hear this. That other person has nothing to do with your own energies. They are an activator, a trigger, so you can finally see those energies in yourself.
Olga Karpman: They don't have your energy. They don't complete you. Most of the time, they're actually the opposite of a source. They are your mirror, showing you what's already inside you. So if you feel incredibly sensual when you think of your twin flame activator, or deeply curious or incredibly aware and alive, those energies are yours.
Olga Karpman: God gives you a glimpse of what's already inside you, so you can keep opening it up without depending on the other person for it. Because any dependency, any longing, is really an old wound coming to the surface right alongside those divine energies showing up.
Olga Karpman: That's all for today, my beautiful soul friend. I'm Olga Karpman, and this is Unmasked. Stay curious about what lies beneath in the great unknown. I'll see you in the next episode. Bye.
