Olga Karpman: Welcome to Unmasked. I'm Olga Karpman. This is the show about what lies beneath
Olga Karpman: Welcome back. This is episode number three, and if you're coming here from the previous episode, don't rush back into your day just yet. That feeling we touched there when something is no longer feels the same, when you don't fully recognize yourself anymore, this is not something to understand. This is something to feel, and this space is for that.
Olga Karpman: And if this is the first time you're here, I would gently suggest going back to the previous episode first. It will give you the context for what you're about to experience. And if you feel this, if something in you is already opening and resonates, stay with this series. Follow Unmasked so you don't miss what comes next because this is not just one moment.
Olga Karpman: It's a process, and we are going through this together step by step. Let's begin If you can find a comfortable place, make sure you're not driving, not walking, just sitting somewhere where you can be with yourself. And for even closer experience, you might want to put on your headphones and maybe gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and stay with me for just few more minutes Let your body settle a little.
Olga Karpman: You've just heard a lot. Like in life, you hear a lot of things, but this place is not about thinking. This is about feeling to invite you to bring your attention very gently back to yourself to where you are right now
Olga Karpman: Not the story of your life, not what's happening around you Just here and now. Just you Here and now
Olga Karpman: Notice your body and without changing anything just observe. Notice... Notice what's happening inside
Olga Karpman: Maybe there is tension somewhere Maybe there is heaviness
Olga Karpman: Maybe there is calm
Olga Karpman: Thoughts
Olga Karpman: Whatever is there, just let it be
Olga Karpman: Just let it be, observe...
Olga Karpman: Now slowly bring your tension even deeper... deeper inside Maybe you'll even find the space
Olga Karpman: Empty space
Olga Karpman: And in that space just ask yourself very, very quietly
Olga Karpman: Very honestly
Olga Karpman: How do I really feel right now?
Olga Karpman: Not what you think you feel, not what you think you should feel But what you really feel What is actually there?
Olga Karpman: Don't rush the answer
Olga Karpman: Just feel it But honesty
Olga Karpman: Sometimes it comes as a word Sometimes like a picture
Olga Karpman: Sometimes like a sensation or just knowing
Olga Karpman: Sometimes just like a silence
Olga Karpman: Notice it. Stay with it You don't even need to label it. You don't need to name it exactly. You don't need to explain it. You don't need to think if it's right or wrong, none of that
Olga Karpman: Just feel it
Olga Karpman: And if something feels uncomfortable don't move away from it right away
Olga Karpman: Just stay with it a little longer
Olga Karpman: Remember, not everything is it seems
Olga Karpman: As if you're giving it a space As if you're giving it a space to exist simply exist without judging without labeling
Olga Karpman: This is the part we usually skip in life
Olga Karpman: We distract, we scroll, we think and think and think, and we fix and we run, but not now. Right now, you're not doing any of that
Olga Karpman: Just simply observing Noticing it how it is Be with yourself And maybe just maybe for the very first time in a long, long time, you're not trying to become anything You're not trying to become better. You're not trying to become anyone. You're not trying to improve. You're not trying to go somewhere
Olga Karpman: You're just here It yourself
Olga Karpman: Here and now
Olga Karpman: Now gently ask yourself another question not from your head but from somewhere deeper From your heart, from your soul, from your spirit
Olga Karpman: What no longer feels true in my life?
Olga Karpman: What no longer feels true in my life?
Olga Karpman: Hmm.
Olga Karpman: Don't force the answer
Olga Karpman: Just notice what comes Maybe it's something very small, maybe something very, very big. Doesn't matter. It just is Maybe something you've been avoiding or something you already knew but just didn't want to see it
Olga Karpman: Just notice it now without reacting without judging without making any decisions
Olga Karpman: without trying to change anything
Olga Karpman: This is not the moment to act this is just a moment to see
Olga Karpman: Just observe Here and now
Olga Karpman: No question What is asking for my honesty right now?
Olga Karpman: Who is asking for my honesty right now? Again don't rush Don't judge Let it just come
Olga Karpman: You might feel something shift very slightly just barely noticing but something shifting a flickering
Olga Karpman: Like a little candle That something inside of you becoming a little more clear or softer Or just small present
Olga Karpman: Stay with that
Olga Karpman: There is nothing you need to do right now
Olga Karpman: Not today, not in this moment This is the beginning, not of change
Olga Karpman: but of awareness And awareness changes everything on its own You don't have to push it. You don't have to control it. Just like nature. Nature doesn't rush its seasons And you don't have to rush this process. Just breathe and stay
Olga Karpman: Just stay here a little longer
Olga Karpman: Just here and now
Olga Karpman: Slowly come back
Olga Karpman: You have to do it now, immediately
Olga Karpman: Whenever it's time, your time
Olga Karpman: You can open your eyes if they were closed. You can look around
Olga Karpman: But don't rush away from yourself Take this with you And maybe today you move through your day a little differently Notice what's gonna be happening with your body but the world around you, you might notice that you're a little more aware, a little more honest, a little more present, and that's more than enough 'Cause you are enough
Olga Karpman: This was Unmasked with Olga Karpman. I'll see you in the next episode Stay aware
